How we work

From brief to installed equipment

  1. BriefYour format, rooms, methods, interior and brand. For chains: locations and roll-out plan.
  2. Engineering & 3DOur engineers adapt the base platform and prepare drawings and 3D views for approval.
  3. SampleWood, finish and upholstery samples — and a prototype for private-label projects.
  4. ProductionBuilt in our own workshop in Ukraine: Pilates 4–6 weeks, other collections typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the project.
  5. Delivery & installationCrated and insured to the UK, the EU and Ukraine. Installation through our local distribution partners.
  6. ServiceSpare parts, springs and upholstery replacement for the life of the equipment; on-site service through our partners.

Made in Ukraine

Our own workshop, from timber to final inspection

We select and machine the hardwood, make the steel components, fit the rails and carriages and do our own upholstery. Every piece is tested before it leaves the workshop. Delivered crated and insured to the UK, the EU and Ukraine; installation through our local distribution partners.

For chains

Your own model, under your brand

For studio chains and franchises we develop an individual Reformer or a full equipment line under your brand: your proportions, colours, materials and logo, the same specification in every location, produced in scheduled batches. Private-label projects start from an order value of €20,000, depending on complexity and design; exclusivity can be agreed.

Distribution

Installation and service through local partners

We build; our distribution partners in the UK and the EU install and service on site. We are looking for distributors and installers of commercial fitness equipment.
